On my last bike ride, I chose the higher end of the trail so I could sit at a picnic bench that rests off the small trail. I decided to sit my camera on the bench and just capture some of the morning sounds to share with you.
Somehow this spot off the trail is like an energy center. I find my energy lifted when I stay here for any length of time. It’s like I’m a rechargeable battery and I get plugged in for re-juicing.Do you find locations like that? How do they make you feel?
