Do you enjoy the simple pleasures of life?
Mia, my step-granddaughter kitty, got toys and treats for Christmas but what she really enjoyed were the simple things around her…the bags. She was in the garbage bag set aside for wrapping paper, the gift bags with gifts in them and even the bags used to transport some of the gifts. Can’t you just see the light from within her shining?
I hope to take Mia’s lead and enjoy the simple pleasures that exist exactly when they appear. Mia lives in the moment…what else is there really? That would be a great resolution as we enter the New Year…live in and enjoy the moment! Are you up to the challenge?
