Interconnected Beauty

This year’s first snowfall came the day before Thanksgiving.  This picture is the day after Thanksgiving.  Though part of the wet whiteness has fallen or blown away, the  beauty remains.

No two snowflakes are alike, according to the experts.  Each holds ts own unique pattern, form and size. We can only imagine the beauty of each of those flakes.

Despite their uniqueness, each flake comes from the same place.  Each lands wherever the wind and gravity direct.

Alone, each displays its exclusive essence.  Yet they are not alone.  In unfathomable numbers, they fall to the earth and create a tapestry of interconnected beauty.  The interconnected beauty creates a white blanket that covers the earth, bringing new life to the late-fall blandness.

Life reflects nature.  We are not alone, either.  Together we create an interconnected beauty that outshines the individual.
