This work week is centered around writing (3 articles are due this week, one of which is done so far).
So now my analytical mind has taken over the creative side of my mind. When I sat down to write this blog, I didn’t have a clue what I was going to write. Ever get that brain fart that doesn’t allow you to create?
As usual, my Inner Guidance came to the rescue.
Today I share this logo, one created by my artistic sister Patti. I’m always amazed at how well she can draw, paint, arrange flowers, etc., etc. For her, art is a passion, a talent, a gift.
My sister Frannie this week made a decision to pursue her massage therapy business. She, too, has a passion, talent and gift.
My sister Suzi is a sharpshooter, literally. She’s won many awards for her trapshooting, a passion she inherited from our dad.
I can’t draw, massage or shoot. I don’t try to do those things for which I have no passion or ability, although over the years believe me I tried. Rather, I write. I love to write. The gift of words I love to share so others may enjoy.
We all have passions, talents and gifts. Following those passions brings you peace, fulfillment and satisfaction. Sharing those passions bring light, love and enjoyment to the world.
What are your passions? Why not go for it?
