Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Kathy Ruff!
For the past 30 years, I have worn many hats: business owner, freelance business and inspirational writer and bookkeeper, and I have loved every minute of it!
In my daily travels, I have been fortunate to meet and work with many individuals and small to medium-size businesses. I have written hundreds of business-related articles on everything from real estate trends and the economy to antiques and namobiotechnology…yes, that is something real.
However, my life took a dramatic turn when my dear friend lost her life. On October 24, 1984, a teen playing chicken in the wet roadway caused another car to crash into my friend’s vehicle. The result: Barbara Kay Hoffman, 25, – along with her unborn fetus-died. It was then that I began my journey of discovery, asking: Why am I here? What is my purpose? How can I make a difference?
This event led to my calling to become an inspirational writer and share what I have discovered along my own path to peace and light. Believe me, this knowledge did not just magically appear. Years of discernment, wrong turns and soul-searching is what has led me to write the Sharing Peace on the Path blog. At this time of my life, I understand that I am continually learning and evolving. I know the power and peace living in the present moment brings. My mission is to share my awareness of how to live a peaceful and enjoyable life with you and make a difference. My hope is that as we spend some time together along the path, you can learn, find your peace and purpose, and share that peace and your new found knowledge with others.
